A delegation of German businessmen from the food industry sector has arrived in Kyrgyzstan. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a Kyrgyz-German business forum, where the parties were able to find partners. The German side offers equipment and technologies for processing and packaging in the food industry and agricultural sector. For the German delegation, this is part of an introductory module of the "Entering Foreign Markets" program, which promotes establishing business contacts. Germany proposes cooperation in the fields of agriculture, chemical industry, textiles, light industry, automotive industry, mining industry, logistics, trade, machinery and equipment, and other sectors.

German businessmen also intend to visit the city of Osh to negotiate with partners from the southern region of the country. The main interest of German businessmen is in the agricultural sector. In recent years, Kyrgyzstan has started exporting prunes and walnuts to Germany, and wool and yak leather are also promising products for entering the German market.
