Main » News » News of CCI KR » The head of the Kyrgyzstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Temir Sariyev, participated in the General Assembly of the Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry, which took place in the Turkish city of Istanbul.
The decision to create this new association aimed at joint integration in promoting the interests of Turkic states in the areas of partnership, investment, and trade was signed in November 2022.
The Kyrgyzstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry joined the board of the Union of Chambers and the observer body. In his speech, the President of the Kyrgyzstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry emphasized the importance of joint cooperation among all members in utilizing the opportunities of the Union to counter modern challenges and solve issues of mutual cooperation.
The meeting was also attended by the Secretary-General of the Turkic Council K. Omuraliev, representatives of embassies, and observer countries, including Turkmenistan, Hungary, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
