On the Kyrgyz side, the agreement was signed by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Temir Sariyev, and the Deputy Director of the National Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nuradil Bayasov. On the Chinese side, the agreement was signed by the Director of the Commercial Affairs Administration of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Li Xuan, and the Chairman of the Xinjiang Committee for Promoting International Trade of China.

The Kyrgyz-Chinese Business Council will be a permanent coordinating and advisory body for business circles, ensuring interaction in the field of investments. The priority areas of the Business Council will include the development of entrepreneurial activity, the financial sector, industry, mutual foreign trade, energy, tourism, and others.
