Kyrgyz producers want to start exporting their products to Uzbekistan, as Tashkent is very interested in supplies of goods from neighboring countries due to the relentless growth of the Uzbekistan population and the need for dairy products to provide basic necessities for the residents.

"However, there is a problem with implementing exports - this is a perishable product, and it requires immediate delivery without downtime when passing border and customs control. At the same time, Uzbek colleagues should open a veterinary laboratory that will confirm the safety certificate. Repeated analysis of the product also creates a time delay. Kazakhstan faces exactly the same problem, and for exports to them, it is also necessary to resume the "green corridor," dairy producers said.

The head of the CCI emphasized that in the near future, a delegation from the CCI will visit Uzbekistan, and the issue of the "green corridor" will be the main topic of negotiations. He also assured that the CCI would do its utmost to facilitate the swift passage of goods from Kyrgyzstan across the border. As a result of the meeting, a committee of dairy producers was established under the CCI.
