Mikhail Tumasov, representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, delivered a speech and read a greeting from the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Temir Sariyev, to the participants, and expressed good wishes for the future success to the Business Council.

One of the important tasks that the Russian-Kyrgyz Business Council sets for itself is identifying systemic problems and searching for additional reserves in trade and economic relations between the countries. The participants noted that the Business Council plays an important role in the work of intergovernmental cooperation to promptly bring the information about the urgent needs of business to the relevant government structures.

Among the promising areas of business cooperation between two countries, the textile industry, agriculture, agro-industrial complex, information technology, radio electronics, and tourism were highlighted. The meeting participants also emphasized that the interest of Russian entrepreneurs in conducting business with Kyrgyz partners has been steadily growing in recent years, and delegation exchanges have become more active.

Representatives of the business community expressed confidence that the development of trade and economic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation has great potential for strengthening economic cooperation between our countries. They noted that both countries possess significant resources and are able to realize their full potential. Thus, the Russian-Kyrgyz Business Council continues to work on strengthening trade and economic relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
